LBFC Denies Election Audit, Topper Issues Statement Nov. 23, 2020 / HARRISBURG – In a rare move, the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee (LBFC) today chose not to exercise its oversight ability when it voted against conducting an audit of the 2020 general election.
