Topper Opens New McConnellsburg Office

BEDFORD – To better serve the people of Fulton County, Rep. Jesse Topper (R-Bedford/Franklin/Fulton) relocated his office in McConnellsburg. The new office is located at 421 Lincoln Way East, McConnellsburg and opened on Thursday, May 23.

“Though my McConnellsburg office has moved, residents can still expect the same great assistance from me and my staff on state-related issues,” Topper said. “I look forward to meeting with residents in my new office.”

Topper’s offices, which are also located in Bedford and Mercersburg, provide assistance with a variety of state issues and programs, including:

• PennDOT paperwork (lost cards, changes, corrections, special registration plates, farm plates and exemption stickers, vanity plates and placards for persons with disabilities).
• Birth certificates.
• PACE and PACENET applications for seniors.
• Property Tax and Rent Rebate applications.
• State tax forms.
• Referrals to agencies.

The hours of operation at McConnellsburg will remain Mondays 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The phone number, which is 717-485-4430, also remains the same.
