HARRISBURG – As co-chairs of the Basic Education Funding Commission, state Sen. Kristin Phillips-Hill, R-York, and Rep. Mike Sturla, D-Lancaster, today announced details of the commission’s tenth hearing:

WHEN: Thursday, November 9 at 10 a.m.
WHERE: Bedford High School, Auditorium, 330 E, John St., Bedford
WHAT: Testimonies will include discussion about school district shared services, statewide population forecasts and the perspectives of teachers.

Hosted by Rep. Jesse Topper, R-Bedford/Fulton, the agenda is:

10:10 a.m. Panel One:

• Mark Price, Director of School Funding, PSEA

• Lynn Shedlock, Acting Executive Director, Pennsylvania Economy League
