Topper’s Offices in Bedford, Fulton Counties Open by Appointment

BEDFORD –Rep. Jesse Topper’s (R-Bedford/Franklin/Fulton) Bedford and Fulton counties offices are open to walk-in visitors by appointment.

“I am happy to announce my staff and I are available for in-person meetings by appointment,” Topper said. “Since the start of the COVID-19 crisis two months ago, we have been assisting residents via email and phone. These options remain in place if a resident doesn’t feel comfortable with coming to my office.”

To make an appointment at Topper’s Bedford office, located at 133 S. Richard St., call 814-623-9097. To make an appointment at his McConnellsburg office, located at 421 Lincoln Way East, call 717-485-4430.Hours of operation for both offices are Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4p.m.
